Basic 1 Bedroom Full bed (no windows)

Negative: Mieliśmy problem z wejściem do pokoju i ciężko nam było skontaktować sie z obsługą. Na recepcji przez cały nasz pobyt nikogo nie było. W pokoju i na korytarzu było bardzo dużo robaków, wielka chmara z którą nie mogliśmy sobie poradzić.

Tastefully decorated suite hotel in the arts district Positive: The location in the Santurce neighborhood was great - walking distance to cafes and restaurants, free parking, and the Museum of Puerto Rican art. Patio Elba is a small boutique hotel that has been tastefully renovated and decorated. I loved the outdoor design, especially the living plant wall by the small plunge pool and jacuzzi. My suite was on the lower level with no windows, but it was bright and inviting and some light filtered in through the frosted glass entry door. Negative: A small upholstered ottoman was next to the bed. I would have preferred a hard surface that is more stable for setting down a glass or your phone.
